Zoeโ€™s Batec Hybrid handcycle just arrived, something LH&F and her family have been working on for some time.โœ…

Recently Zoe has been limited in her exercise duration due to an increase in her Scoliosis curvature, impacting on her posture and muscular endurance. A planned major Spinal Operation is no longer possible due to other serious health complications and surgical risk.

Mark has 3 older sisters who absolutely adore him. Theyโ€™re amazing, during challenging times when Mark has been unwell or in the hospital, their compassion and kindness are truly humbling.
